In an attempt to simplify things, I've lumped both University Heights and Kensington together as they share the same zip code (along with Normal Heights). In reality, all three neighborhoods are distinctly different. University Heights and Normal Heights are a little more similar in regards to their price point and overall vibe, whereas, Kensington couldn't be more different. Kensington is one of the pricier neighborhoods in the metro San Diego area and is considered highly desirable. Adding to the neighborhood's desireability, is its village, which has a number of cool little restaurants, boutiques, and galleries.
